This year, the Novatore Impact Summit reaffirms its dedication to advancing women’s economic empowerment and leadership. It will place a strong emphasis on the topics of health and longevity. The goal is to inspire meaningful conversations and, in turn, drive impactful change.

Taking place on March 6, the Summit is set to welcome over 300 senior and mid-level executives from across the Baltic states. Attendees can look forward to an inspiring lineup of workshops and talks featuring, among others, the multiple medal-winning beach volleyball champion Tīna Graudiņa, and Colonel of the National Armed Forces Antoņina Bļodone – the first woman in Latvia’s history to command the Independence Day military parade. None other than Evika Siliņa, the Prime Minister of Latvia, will open the Summit!
The exciting program of talks and practical workshops will equip attendees with relevant knowledge and applicable skills in leadership, business communication, entrepreneurship, achieving financial security, and using artificial intelligence tools. What’s more, the Summit is designed to facilitate new connections, as Novatore strongly believes in the power of networking and collaboration. This year participants can also expect to learn valuable insights and practices to enhance their health and well-being.
Good health – a prerequisite for professional success
“Only a responsible attitude to your physical and mental well-being will ensure the energy, creativity, and enthusiasm to lead a company, a major project, or a team. Neglecting it will inevitably lead to decline at some point. As the average age of the population continues to rise in Europe, including Latvia, responsible leaders need to invest not only in their own health, but also in the health of their employees, in order to extend people’s working lives, reduce the risk of burnout, and ensure productivity in the long term. Health and longevity must now be part of any corporate sustainability strategy, which is why we have chosen to focus on these themes this year,” says Baiba Rubesa, Co-founder of Novatore.
“Well-being is not a luxury; it is the foundation for a life in which work and personal desires can coexist and flourish,” adds Rūta Ežerskienė, CEO and Chairwoman of the Board of Citadele, the main partner of this year’s Summit, urging women not to let professional achievements and personal goals come at the expense of their health.
The Summit is open to everyone
Happening for the fourth time, the Novatore Impact Summit aims to promote women’s economic empowerment and prosperity by strengthening their role in business and senior management. We also encourage men to participate, to better understand the importance of equal opportunities for business and national economic development.
